Staff was pretty friendly. Location is really great, it's not far from Aek Udon or Bangkok Udon. 711 walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is in a quiet pocket of the city so you're not getting much noise, behind the hotel there seems to be some rental property where people were drinking and being a bit loud but you couldn't hear it in the room, just if you're on the balcony.

Big, clean and well decorated rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, close enough to UD Town to walk (10-15 minutes) but far enough to be quiet at night. 700m from the local lake which is great for a walk / run around. Small selection of essentials to buy in reception at fair prices. 7-11 is a 2 minute walk for anything else.

Family room with 2 bedrooms is a good value for families. Location is convenient. 7/11 is just on the corner.
